I love it! I think you inspire these sentiments in more people than you realize.

Great feedback, Debbie! And kudos to the participant for her/his willingness to change.
I would like to express my admiration for both you and the note-writer. My respect for people always jumps a mile when they are willing to acknowledge a mistake and put it right. So many folks are too insecure to do that, not realizing it is a sign of strength, not weakness.
