Out of Print: LESS THAN HALF, MORE THAN WHOLE
Sadly, another excellent book about American Indians is out of print... Michael Lacapa's Less Than Half, More Than Whole. You can get used copies on the web, but if you want a new copy, go to Oyate.
They also have an audiotape of the book.
