I am delighted to share that Laurel Goodluck and Jonathan Nelson (illustrator) are participating in a free, ZOOM author panel for CU Boulder's Children's Literature Festival on Nov. 4, 9:30-10:30 AM. They will talk about their new book, Forever Cousins, and respond to questions from the audience. Please join us for this event and include your students! Free registration is at https://www.colorado.edu/event/bookfest/

I'm also so excited about the school visit that Goodluck and Nelson will make to one of our Colorado schools. One fifth grade class will perform a readers' theater of Forever Cousins to the second graders the week before the author visit, and then, will host the author visit event a week later, where Goodluck and Nelson will make a presentation to the fifth graders and second graders, sign books, take photos, etc. Students are excitedly preparing for these events! What a special experience it will be!

Bridget Dalton, Ed.D
Associate Professor Emerita
University of Colorado Boulder
bridget.dalton@colorado.edu
Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07478277271448027153noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27760240.post-4956322305186826212022-10-19T13:04:49.836-05:002022-10-19T13:04:49.836-05:00Thank you for this insightful, positive review of ...Thank you for this insightful, positive review of Forever Cousins!
